Western Sydney Women is a social enterprise committed to advocating for all women from the Inner West, Greater West, North West and South West of Sydney to become economically independent and confident.
Founded in 2015, we are the first and only organisation to be the voice and inspiration for all women living and working in Western Sydney.

Free Programs & Events
We design research-based programs, designed to support women to succeed in all stages of their careers, build confidence and assist with financial independence.
Along with our programs, we also create and facilitate events and workshops, with a key focus on careers, finances and networking opportunities for women.
Advocacy
We raise awareness and promote conversation with our surveys and research studies, enabling us to be a voice for women from Western Sydney in media, business and to government.

We are uniquely equipped to provide advisory services to businesses and organisations committed to improving outcomes for women in Western Sydney.

Our partnership with Western Sydney University aims to highlight the disconnect between community services and women of Western Sydney in an extensive pilot study
