Western Sydney Women is a social enterprise committed to advocating for all women from the Inner West, Greater West, North West and South West of Sydney to become economically independent and confident.
Founded in 2015, we are the first and only organisation to be the voice and inspiration for all women living and working in Western Sydney.

We partner with organisations to design and promote research-based programs that support women to succeed at every stage of their careers, build confidence and achieve financial independence.
Advocacy & Events
We raise awareness and promote meaningful conversation through surveys and research studies, giving us a voice for women from Western Sydney in media, business and government.
We also host events that bring women together to connect and grow their business and career networks.

We are uniquely placed to provide advisory and consulting services to businesses, governments and organisations committed to improving outcomes for women in Western Sydney.
