Insightful and candid discussion to kick off 2024 roundtables

In March we held our first Western Sydney Executive Women roundtable for 2024 with guest speaker Allegra Spender MP, federal member for Wentworth.

Allegra illuminated the significance of authenticity for women in leadership roles, emphasising the importance of the gender lens and the pivotal role diversity plays in politics. She underscored that the journey toward gender equality is ongoing.

During the roundtable, hosted at Organica in the Inner West, our network of executive women engaged in a thoughtful discussion about the challenges of sometimes being the sole woman in a room. Despite the strides we've made, there remains a need for increased opportunities for women aspiring to executive roles.
