Launching our Women's Job Summit Series at Parramatta PHIVE

Our Women's Job Summit series kicked off at PHIVE in Parramatta with women networking with representatives from selected employers who support women in the workplace. Thank you to Endeavour Energy, Bingo Industries, City of Parramatta, Lendlease, Multicultural Care and Ferrycarrig for your participation in the summit.

Representatives from each employer, all women, took to the stage to answer questions about their workplace culture and initiatives for women. They shared insight into how their company supports and helps women to succeed in the workplace, with some sharing personal stories of their own experiences.

The answers from each representative opened the door for the women in attendance to consider employment opportunities in new and different careers, and approach the employers both before and after the panel to ask further questions of their own to see if the employer would be a good fit.

Connections were made and many women were grateful to have had this opportunity right in the heart of Parramatta in a location close to home.
