Yesterday mentees from our Ladies Who Lead program and Western Sydney Executive Women in STEM program had the privilege of visiting the Western Sydney Airport Experience Centre.

The afternoon started with a tour of the perimeter of the site where we learnt about the work involved to bring together all the different facets of the airport.

We then heard from Rachel McCormack, who shared insight into the values behind Western Sydney Airport, including a commitment to hiring women and diverse people into leadership roles, a critical aspect of ensuring opportunities are created for women in STEM and Aviation.
