Aviation Experience Day – The Future is Bright
Earlier this week high school girls from Western Sydney, as part of The Future is Bright in Aviation program, were given the opportunity to fly a 737 flight simulator, plan a cross-country navigation exercise, conduct an extensive tour of SFC's aircraft fleet, and even hear from Nina, a C130J Hercules Captain in the RAAF.

Encouraging women to get into trade work
Entering the trades industry can be daunting for some women, but in early May, 10 women from Western Sydney took their first steps towards a potential new career in a trade.
The women completed the Western Sydney Women Licence to Build program, a Connecting Women to Trades initiative by the NSW Department of Education.
